Project Scope Definition

Having developed a clear list of project objectives, the next task is to decide upon an appropriate scope. In other words, you must determine which process elements should be modeled in detail, which should be simplified and which should be left out altogether. New simulation practitioners are often surprised to find out that getting the scope right is not only one of the most difficult parts of the project, but also a major determinant of the project's success.
