Kerrie Paige, Ph.D. - President and Co-founder
Kerrie is responsible for overseeing the development and support of simulation models, statistical decision analysis software, decision support tools, and data analyses.
With nearly twenty years of applied modeling experience, her primary specialization is in the development of discrete-event simulation models. Past applications have ranged from performance modeling of a wide range of healthcare systems to the simulation of biological processes involved in carcinogenesis to detailed analysis of customer contact centers.
Kerrie has had a lifelong interest in healthcare, and particularly enjoys contributing to healthcare process improvement projects. She has taught dozens of simulation courses, and has co-authored a leading simulation textbook, as well as numerous articles and white papers.
Kerrie holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Colorado. In addition, she holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado, and a B.S. in Mathematics, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Puget Sound.
When not writing or talking about simulation, Kerrie can probably be found writing or talking about just about anything else! At the moment, she's particularly interested in healthy cooking, gardening and fitness.
