Annual Maintenance

This service entitles you to upgrades for all new SIMUL8 software releases and product enhancements as they are launched throughout the year.  Annual Maintenance is available on all SIMUL8 products and includes free Feature Support from our expert simulation consultants.

 Feature Support means technical advice on the following:

• Questions about how SIMUL8 works
• SIMUL8 feature specific questions
• Questions related to SIMUL8 installation and software requirements

Also included in our Annual Maintenance package for SIMUL8 Professional 2011 and onwards is a SIMUL8 Live Passport enabling access to secure online simulation sharing and project management.

*Please note: Simulation Modeling Advice is not included in Feature Support.  This is covered by our Simulation Consulting Services.

The cost for Annual Maintenance is $495 per license per year for SIMUL8 Standard, and $899 per license per year for Professional.  This service is delivered by email, telephone and via our online support help desk.

*Please Note: By purchasing your SIMUL8 software upgrades in advance using this service, you will  save yourself money as the "Annual Maintenance" fee is less expensive than buying software upgrades at time of release.

Customize Your Annual Support

Get the most from your SIMUL8 simulation software by customizing your Annual Support plan to meet your exact individual or company needs.

Within your customized support plan you can extend the level of support that you receive by including elements of Simulation Consulting or Training.

Another option within the customized plan is to define service levels.  For example, you may wish to request 24/7 support or specific support within only certain time periods. Our consultants will work with you to negotiate a plan that will best fit your needs.
